Not exactly awe-inspiring is he? The man needs someone to tell him which shoes go on which feet. Its a scary thing that my president isn't involved enough to have answers at his fingertips and even scarier that he lacks the ability to comport himself professionally when asked a very serious question. Sigh.
I suddenly feel queasy. I already told my husband that we were SERIOUSLY moving to Canada if we get in another war. I mean it..war...guns..no respect for the environment..I do love my country but sometimes I don't like it very much. I am praticing "Oh Canada" on a regular basis. I have also thout seriously about Australia.I had heard great things about Mary Robinson & not so much about your current president..we don't regularly get much international news unless we seek it out as we are an extraordinarily self-absorbed country. I think we could get a woman nominated,Hilary Clinton but she is extraordinarily polarizing & many women don't like her. She is brilliant-I like her but think staying with her husband took her down a peg in many womens eyes.Anyway 10 dpo can't imagine I am pregnant but will test before I go on Thursday & let you know! Beth - I think the most worrying thing about that clip is that he just doesn't care!Lisa - my sister, a US citizen, left the US to live in Belgium last year, partly because of the changing political climate. My parents also returned to Ireland last year after 14 years in Washington DC. I have never lived there long-term but have spent several summers working in a number of different cities. I have also lived in Canada (as a child) and Australia (for a year in my twenties) - would definitely recommend it for the climate, but it is VERY FAR AWAY! Strangely enough, the place I miss most is Manchester, England - spent 6 of the best years of my life there!10dpo! Good luck!!!
