IVF protein smoothie

Rice milk
Quinoa milk
1 serving spirulina
2 tablespoons ground mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, linseed)
1 teaspoon calcium/magnesium/zinc powder
1 tablespoon hemp seed oil
Fruit or veg as desired

One smoothie a day from the start of stims, to aid egg production.

WARNING: You need to drink more water to compensate for the seeds as they will add bulk to your large intestine and can cause you to become constipated.
